Caroline Hartmann brings more than 30 years of executive and financial leadership experience to her real estate practice in Fredericksburg, Texas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Doctorate in Accounting, Caroline has built a distinguished career serving as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Vice President of various medium-sized organizations, and CEO of her own hospitality and services company. She also has 25 years of experience as a professor and Department Chair of Accounting within the Texas A&M University and Purdue University systems.

Fluent in Spanish and known for her analytical insight and personal attention to detail, Caroline combines her financial acumen with a personalized, relationship-driven approach to help clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. 

Caroline holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification and specializes in land, residential, and short-term rental property real estate transactions, bringing hands-on experience as she and her husband own and manage several short-term rentals.
